The first step is always one or more introductory meetings, where the partner gives a presentation and demonstration of NaviMeat™ - often in co-operation with one or two consultants from Second Foundation's or Enavigo Consult’s NaviMeat™ experts.

The second step is to make a pre-analysis at the customers site. Here the partner and our consultants analyse all the core processes in the customers business, and on the basis of the findings a final quotation can be made. The pre-analysis also gives the customer and the partner the same picture of the implementation, and important questions are answered. In this phase it is extremely important to identify the current situation, the desired situation, what should be done in order to achieve the goals and what is the time schedule for the implementation.

The third step is to design the complete solution in detail, and start the coding the customizations for the customer.

The next step is to install and test the solution as soon as the configuration of the software is completed.

The fifth step takes care of the training of the NaviMeat™ super users in all the needed functionality. The training continues in the next step, where the customer is "running-in" the solution. This includes manual and/or automatically transfer of data from the old solution. For a period of time the old solution and NaviMeat run parallel.

The sixth and seventh steps are the take-over test and actual take-over of the NaviMeat™ solution. The partner and our consultants are onsite and can support the users in any way needed.

The final step is the support phase, where the NaviMeat™ customer is able to get hot-line support from the partner. The customer will be offered new NaviMeat™ releases, which contains updates and new functionality given that they are current with their NaviMeat™ maintenance plan.

All the phases are supported by very strong project management plan. This ensures that the NaviMeat™ implementation will be completed on time and within the budget as monitered by the steering committees assigned to the project. The implementation model described above is used in all NaviMeat™ implementations.
